湾区芯城人民医院项目位于宝安区燕罗街道燕川社区内，用地范围位于现状道路燕川东路南北两侧，西侧紧邻罗田河，东侧邻罗田社区。医院项目未来将填补街道医疗资源短板，满足区域居民的基本医疗卫生服务需求，助力片区高水平发展，建设成为“面向世界、引领未来、全国示范”的崭新燕罗。
The project is located in Yanchuan Community,Yanluo Sub-district,Bao'an District.The project land is situated on the north and south sides of the existing road,Yanchuan East Road.It borders Luotian River to the west and Luotian Community to the east.The hospital project will fill the gap in street medical resources in the future,meet the basic medical and health service needs of regional residents,assist in the high-level development of the area,and build a new Yanluo GBAlC City that is"facing the world,leading the future,and demonstrating nationwide".

本项目为公立综合医院，共500张床位的，用地面积为22629平方米，总建筑面积暂定为96570平方米。建设内容包括：七项基本设施用房、科研用房、预防保健用房、夜间值班宿舍、发热门诊、人防医疗工程、架空层及风雨连廊、停车设施等，并完善室外及配套设施。
The total project site covers an area of 22,629㎡,and the total floor area of the new building is tentatively set at 96,570㎡.The construction contents include:seven basic facility rooms,research and teaching rooms,preventive healthcare rooms,night duty dormitories,fever clinics,civil air defense medical engineering,open floors and corridors,parking facilities,etc.;and the improvement of outdoor and supporting facilities.
