Ocean University bears the important missions of promoting Shenzhen to become one of the leading maritime capitals of the world,strengthening the function of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a core engine and supporting the national strategy of building a strong maritime country.The project Ocean University(Hereinafter referred to as“the project”)is launched in such a context.Adhering to the principles of"following strategic guidance,staying upstanding,and making leading efforts",Ocean University aims to attract high-caliber talents from across the globe based on a more international vision with a broader global horizon,to build itself into an international high-level research university different from its peers,and to develop itself into a major tech force to support national strategies in the maritime industry.
图书馆和学术交流中心通常是大学校园中的标志性建筑单体,其易于识别和记忆的建筑形象无疑将成为校园设计中的点睛之笔。同时,结合本项目工期紧、任务重的特点,设计方案的高品质落地也是本项目的重要目标之一。
Library and academic exchange center are usually the landmark buildings in a university campus.Creating an iconic,memorable architectural image for both buildings will be the focal point of the campus design of the Ocean University.In view of the tight schedule and heavy tasks,to ensure the high-quality execution of the design scheme is also one of the important goals of the project.
目前海洋大学方案设计及初步设计(含海洋大学、深海科考中心、海洋博物馆一体化详细规划设计)正处于方案投标阶段。
The Tender for Schematic and Preliminary Design of Ocean University(Unified,Detailed Master Planning Design of Ocean University,Deep-Sea Expedition Center and Maritime Museum Included)is currently under the design bidding stage.
本次海洋大学(含深海科考中心)图书馆设计及Ⅰ标段施工图设计、海洋大学(含深海科考中心)学术交流中心设计及Ⅱ标段施工图设计招标,采用资格预审+方案评审的方式组织,资格预审阶段主要考量投标申请人的企业实力以及拟安排团队的实力和业绩,旨在遴选综合技术实力强的投标单位参与本项目设计。希望有意愿的投标申请人按照资格预审文件相关要求应标。
The Tender for the Library Design&Bid I Construction Drawing Design of Ocean University(Deep-Sea Expedition Center Included)and the Tender for the Academic Exchange Center Design&Bid II Construction Drawing Design of Ocean University(Deep-Sea Expedition Center Included)will be organized through a procedure of prequalification and scheme evaluation.The prequalification stage will mainly examine bidding applicants'enterprise strength and performance,as well as the competence and achievements of the proposed team,in order to select bidding applicants with strong comprehensive technical strength to participate in the project.Applicants are expected to respond to the Tender in accordance with the relevant requirements of the prequalification documents.

项目概况
Project Overview
项目选址于大鹏新区坝光片区,排牙山路以南、恒科路以东、环坝路以北围合用地内,毗邻坝光生物谷。
Ocean University is sited in Baguang,Dapeng New District,Shenzhen.The site is surrounded by Paiyashan Road on the north,Hengke Road on the west and Huanba Road on the south,and is adjacent to Baguang Biovalley.
用地周边东、南多为山地环绕,远眺可见白沙湾,生态资源丰富,景观环境优美。项目用地面积66.70公顷,其中建设用地面积40.12公顷,管理范围面积26.58公顷。总建筑面积约59.8万平方米,总投资约55.5亿元。
The plot adjoins mountains to east and south sides,and embraces the view of Baisha Bay from a distance.It enjoys rich ecological resources and a beautiful landscape environment in the surroundings.The site occupies a total land area of 66.7 hectares,including 40.12 hectares designated for construction and 26.58 hectares within management scope.The project includes a gross floor area around 598,000 square meters,and a total investment about 5.55 billion yuan.
